Who Can Apply?
To support your RPL application, you can provide a variety of documentation. The evidence must demonstrate that your skills and knowledge are current, relevant, and meet the requirements of the units you're seeking recognition for.
Acceptable Evidence Includes:
Industry Currency Requirement: For your evidence to be considered current, you must demonstrate that you have worked in the relevant industry within the last 2-3 years. All evidence must be authentic and verifiable.

Third-Party Verification
We verify your workplace experience and competencies through direct contact with previous or current employers or supervisors.

Assessment Decision
Receive a documented decision with clear rationale. Outcomes include: RPL Granted, RPL Not Granted, or Gap Training Recommended.
Queensford College accepts and provides credit to learners for units of competency and/or modules (unless licensing or regulatory requirements prevent recognition) where you have:
Authentication Process: We verify all qualifications and transcripts directly through official channels, including the USI transcript service and direct contact with issuing organisations to ensure authenticity.
If you believe you have successfully completed units of competency previously, please contact us to discuss your options for Credit Transfer.
Important: Credit transfer decisions are based on equivalency of units. Where units are not deemed equivalent, we'll provide alternative pathways such as RPL or gap training options.

RPL and CT assessments are processed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to complete assessments within 3-6 months of receiving all required documentation.
Complex cases or those requiring additional verification may take longer.
